How long will it take to set up a Fund/page?
It should only take about 5 minutes to create your page. Setting up your page can be done in a few simple steps with as much or as little information as you like.
How do I tell my family and friends about my Fund/page?
You can email out the link to your page or add it to your Social Networking sites or tell people to go to our website and click on 'Donate to one of our funds' and put in your fund name under 'Find a Fund'
How can my family and friends make a donation?
There are 3 easy ways to make a donation to your Fund:
- Donate on-line using PayPal
- Send us a cheque, made payable to the ‘UHNS Charity’
- Make a donation by phone using a credit/debit card
Please provide us with your page name so that we can add any donations received by cheque or phone to your Fund for you.
Can I change my page at any point?
Yes – once you have set up your page, you will have a unique username and password to allow you to login and add more photos, amend your message etc.
How will I know how much the Fund holds?
You will be able to check on-line whenever you like
Where will the money I raise go to?
You can specify which area of the hospital you would like to support during the setup process by selecting the fund that you want your money to go to.
